Vikram Solar Appoints Nimish Jain as CBO

Vikram Solar Limited has accepted the resignation of Rony Banerjee, Executive Vice President – Sales & Business Development and Senior Management Personnel, effective from the close of business hours on September 28, 2026.

According to the company’s regulatory disclosure, Banerjee submitted his resignation on August 27, 2026. Following internal discussions, the company accepted his resignation and relieved him of his duties with effect from September 28, 2026.

As part of the leadership transition, Vikram Solar has appointed Nimish Jain as Chief Business Officer (CBO). Jain brings more than 17 years of leadership experience across solar manufacturing, international sales, operations and P&L management.

Jain has been associated with Vikram Solar’s growth across key markets. In his new role, he will lead the company’s commercial agenda and bring together its sales and business development functions as Vikram Solar continues to scale its operations and strengthen its presence across markets.

Banerjee has also committed to supporting a smooth transition of responsibilities and assisting in the handover process, according to the disclosure.

The changes were announced by Vikram Solar pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company submitted the relevant intimation to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India on September 29, 2026.
