Waaree Energies Expands Green Hydrogen Portfolio with Incorporation of WH Clean Fuels

Waaree Energies Limited has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Waaree Clean Energy Solutions Private Limited (WCESPL), has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, WH Clean Fuels Private Limited, to undertake green hydrogen and green ammonia-related business activities.

According to the filing, WH Clean Fuels Private Limited has been established to pursue Green Hydrogen, Green Ammonia, and related specific business projects and activities. The newly incorporated entity will operate in the hydrogen business segment.

Waaree Clean Energy Solutions Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, holds 100% of the share capital of WH Clean Fuels Private Limited, making it a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Waaree Energies.

As the company has been newly incorporated, its turnover is Nil, and it is yet to commence business operations. The filing further states that WH Clean Fuels Private Limited is incorporated in India and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, on August 03, 2026.

The company clarified that details relating to acquisition consideration, acquisition cost, regulatory approvals, and completion timeline are not applicable, as the entity has been incorporated as a wholly-owned subsidiary. The disclosure also stated that the matter does not involve a related party acquisition transaction.
