Headsup B2B Private Limited (“Headsup B2B”), a B2B procurement and supply chain platform focused on the infrastructure and green energy sectors, has partnered with INA Solar, the solar module brand of Jaipur-based Insolation Energy Limited, marking a significant step in its expansion into the fast-growing solar sector. Under the partnership, Headsup B2B will market and distribute INA Solar’s portfolio of solar modules to EPC companies, channel partners, project developers and institutional customers. The partnership targets annual solar distribution supporting Headsup B2B’s broader objective to achieve ₹150 crore annual revenue from its solar business.

The partnership marks a significant step in Headsup B2B’s long-term strategy to build solar into a key growth vertical. The company is targeting ~40% of its overall revenue to come from its solar business by FY27, supported by a growing portfolio of products, an expanding regional distribution network and rising demand for renewable energy solutions across India.

As part of the partnership, Headsup B2B will strengthen its presence across eastern India through a regional distribution network anchored at its Patna facility. The network will improve product availability and enable faster access to solar modules for EPC companies, installers, channel partners and project developers, while supporting project-based procurement across the region.

India’s solar sector continues to witness strong momentum, driven by rising adoption across residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural segments, alongside government initiatives such as PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, PM-KUSUM and various state-led programmes. As deployment accelerates, particularly across emerging markets in eastern India, Headsup B2B aims to strengthen access to quality solar products while addressing the growing need for reliable procurement and efficient distribution.

The company also plans to expand its dealer and sub-distributor network across key districts, broadening its market reach and enhancing customer support capabilities as it scales its solar operations.

Commenting on the partnership, Sumit Kumar, Founder and Director, Headsup B2B, said, “Solar is emerging as one of our most important growth businesses and will play a meaningful role in the company’s future growth. Our partnership with INA Solar strengthens our ability to serve the evolving requirements of EPC companies, channel partners and project developers by combining a trusted product portfolio with a robust procurement and distribution network. As we continue to expand our renewable energy business, we aim to build solar into a significant contributor to our overall revenue.”
